Yes, you most likely have a password problem with your
Crystal APS service. If you have set the APS password
and forgotten it, this can happen, Microsoft can help
with this issue.
Second, have you recently rebuilt your CRM machine by
removing all components and reinstalling the software.
If so, you might have forgotten to backup the reports
directory so that when you restored the pages from CRM,
the reports would be installed as brand new, however, the
report definitions are stored in the MSCRM Crystal
database and they reference specific report names that
may not now exist after the rebuild of the CRM system.
If neither of these have occurred, I suggest you remove
all components from the CRM server and have Microsoft
rebuild the default Crystal Logins and Database on your
SQL server. I have to do that once before with their
help and learned a valuable lesson about the restoration
of reports on the server.
