- Reports i CRM 1.2 - adding and removing
- Posted by Jacob Mondrup - Cultivator Danmark on September 6th, 2005
Hi.
Is it possible to filter what reports the users can access? We only use 5-10
reports, and would like to spare the users clicking through all the others
reports.
In addition to that, we would like to add links to some custom report. I
know I can do it by editing the config.isv file. But then the links will be
places in the left side, and not among the other reports.
Any ideas?
Best regards

Jacob;
You need to use the Crystal Reports Manager - check out Microsoft article

You can download Report Manager for CRM from the MBS website. It installs on
your CRM server and allows you to delete and rename reports in CRM. You can
save custom reports from Crystal into CRM by clicking on the Enterprise
folder in the Save As... screen in Crystal and drilling down to where you
want them.
