I installed CRM to server, when I run http://localhost:5555 on server CRM
runs fine. But when I change in IIS "Host header value" to crm.website.xyz
and try to look at CRM from that address CRM starts (open new window as
before with menu on left side) but on right side with this error: "The
request failed with HTTP status 400: Bad Request."
Port 5555 is open, I'm stuck
DNS is set fine.

I had this problem too and Microsoft helped me resolve it. Open
regedit, then drill down to:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\MSCRM

Take a look at the value on the ServerURL key and update it to reflect
your hostheader.
