Rich text email tracking problem

Hi!

I have a problem with email tracking. When the incoming email is in rich
text format and there is an image in this email. The tracked email activity
in CRM simply discards this image (sometimes the image is saved as
attachement.bin that could not be opened later on). It is important for us to
keep everything in the email tracked in CRM. Is there anyone knows a
workaround to this problem?

I have 2003 OUtlook users that are also having issues with rich text emails,
attachments in the message do not pull into CRM correctly. Several of them
all report that they can not regard rich text email replys but this happens
randomly.

I noticed in 2007 that I can track and regard Rich Text emails but have not
experimented with attachments. One issue for all emails in Outlook 2007 is
if you have the web client open at the same time the ability to track and
regard is greatly restricted.
