Router does not transfer all messages to CRM

Yes. I can see the rules in the users Outlook interface. In fact most of
their mail with a token does arrive in CRM. Except some......
Looking at a specific example, I can see that a mail addressed to my CRM
queue, and two CRM users (with a token) arrives 3 times in my router mailbox
(crmmail in my case). Than the router decides not to transfer these mails to
CRM, and dump them.
