Rule Deployment Wizard Failed

When I run the rule deployment wizard to deploy a rule to a users mailbox, I
get the a Failure - Failed to log on to the MAPI profile for the user.

Has anyone come across this before, and does anyone have a solution to it?

Is the domain user account used granted Exchange admin right?

Yes it is. I am unable to send emails through CRM....
Any ideas?

Check the SMTP Settings and see if the port is blocking e-mail? when we
run the CRM server set up , we usually use the default SMTP port.
