I have not seen anything in the documentation relating to
this. Is it possible to install the Sales for Outlook
client onto a Citrix or Term server in order for multiple
people to use the Citrix server as the sales for outlook
client?

No it is not. Typically the install would only work for the first person who
uses it. However citrix or terminal server user can use the web client
