If possible to install the sales licence ... use it... and later install the
other module using the same database??

When you install CRM you can add any license (sales,
service or suite), you can also remove or add licenses as
needed. You will be using the same databases regardless
of your license type.

That is true. But when you install the server... you use a licence that it's
different between Sales and Service... how do you add the new license to your
CRM installation??

You can add the new licenses via the License Manager utility that is available
in Deployment Manager.
