Hi,

A customer wants CRM Server with Sales for Outlook module. The Exchange
server is being hosted outside by an ISP in ASP mode (the Exchange server is
in a different AD domain). The CRM server would be installed in the same
domain as the users.

1. Can the CRM server be installed on the customer domain and still interact
with E-Mail Router installed on the Exchange Server in the ISP's facilities
to send and receive e-mails?
2. Can Sales for Outlook synchronize the data in Outlook with the Exchange
server in the ISP's facilities?

Guess the best solution would be to have the ISP host Exchange AND CRM as
well.
