- Sales for Outlook Problem
- Posted by Ryan on July 8th, 2003
When a user sends mail via the outlook version of CRM, even after
successfully sending the mail - the mail appears in 'Drafts' instead of
'Sent'. This has caused some of our reps to send duplicate emails.
Thanks in advance for any help.

Try turning off the Auto Save Unsent Email Option in Outlook.
On the Tools menu, click Options, and then click E-Mail Options. Clear
the Automatically Save Unsent Messages check box.
or
Increase the amount of time before an email is automatically saved to
the Draft folder. On the Tools menu, click Options, click E-Mail
Options, and and click on Advanced E-Mail Options. Increase the
minutes in the AutoSave Unsent Every box.
