- Sales people accounts
- Posted by Buket on September 21st, 2005
Hi
How can I define accounts under account managers ? In our organization,
sales people are responsible from their own accounts (customers). Can I
define that X account is Jane's account ?
Best Rgds.

each account in the CRM has an 'owner' who actually owns the record in terms
of security. you could easily re-label the OwnerID field and call it
'Salesperson' so that it is clear to the users. Then if the account gets
re-assigned or if the salesperson leaves, you can simply assign the account
to another CRM user.
