we've got a kind of weird situation using ms crm 3 on a vista machine
with outlook 2007
whenever an opportunity is created in crm, a sales process
automatically generates a task for our sales persons. all
registrations are fine in crm on the web version, though when
synchronizing the crm tasks to the outlook client version, the crm
task comes in the lists of his tasks, but the task hasn't a connection
to crm. the regarding, or view in crm can't be triggered anymore.
so whenever our sales persons uses his outlook client tasks list to
update the state of an opportunity, nothing happens. the locally
stored task gets closed, but there is no new task comming in anymore.
has anyone an answer to this strange behavior ? has this something to
do with the synchronization process ?
whom may help us ?
