- Sales Stages

I setup a sales process with multiple stages (in workflow manager). However,
the listbox on the opportunity form does not reflect the stages. I have 5
stages in my sales process but only 2 of them are available in the form.
How can I manage this list box?

The sales stages you set up in Workflow Manager are visible on an
opportunity's Activities tab. Click Activities on the left of the opportunity
and you will see a Sales Process tab. You will be able to see which stage is
completed and which tasks are required.

Why are just the tasks in the first stage open, other tasks in other satges
pending?
Even when the tasks in the first stage are completed.
