Saving Attachments in Emails

We often send the same PDF as an attachment via e-mails. Is there a way to
save this file in CRM and access it as needed so we don't unnecessarily build
up the size of the database?

In server 2000 you can store the Image in a folder on the CRM server and it
should be accessable.
In 2003 you have to specifically grant the Network Service Account the
rights to read documents in the folder.
