- Security privileges to run User Manager
- Posted by iLya on September 9th, 2003
Hello
I installed MS CRM and activated license for 6 users (
Adventure Works Cycle) from MSDN CD.
When I am trying to create new user I am getting this
message:
You do not have sufficient privileges to User Manager
Wizard.
Also when trying to open WorkFlow manager I see simular
message:
You do not have sufficient privileges.
What am I missing?
Thanks
Ilya

Ilya,
You need to get into the web client and assign a license to the admin user.
The steps for this are in the Implementation Guide.
Also, if you plan on loading the sample data, do not create additional users
in CRM. This will be done by the load utility.
