We're a startup and looking to develop our services utilizing
Microsoft CRM and we're looking for people who can help us get up and
running.
Our instance is already installed and functional on SBS 2003 (Small
Business Edition of CRM 3) with SP1 applied and using Outlook 2003 and
2007 clients so we don't need help on the install.
What we are looking for are people who can help with.
* Email to Case
* Service Scheduling - Look up a client with a contract that matches a
trigger/event and scheduling a service based upon a rule. For example
if we have a managed Windows 2003 client and a high-priority patch
comes out we would like to have a workflow that will schedule a window
to apply the patch for the customer and create the case to do so
(using workflow) so it is approved.
* Customer Portal - giving access to customers. Either expose more
data via RSS to give insight or create pages where customers can
create tickets/cases, view invoices and other "sefl service" type
features.
We could also use help with setting up products/services so they make
sense and try and make sense of the contracts area.

Hi Byronm,
We have done a couple of customization which is very similar to what you are
looking for in the below mail.
The customer portal which we have developed for one of our recent clients
does the following:
- Login to MS CRM for customers
- Create Cases
- View cases and tickets and comments attached to it
- Facility to upload files for cases by customer
- Communication against the cases for the customes who has logged in.
We also have a couple of components for scheduling and email to case and you
can contact us off forum.
