Sending E-Mail Via Template in 4.0 Workflow Doesn't Populate Regar

We upgraded a customer from CRM 3.0 to CRM 4.0. When we send an e-mail using
the workflow engine and use a template, the Regarding field on the e-mail is
not being populated with the object.

I recreated the e-mail templates etc and this has not resolved the issue.
Has anyone else ran into this with CRM 4.0?
