Sending Email to Creator of the case.

I want to create a Workflow Rule that will send an email to the Creator (not
owner) of the case. In my scenario the owner of the case is changed as soon
as the Case is assigned to some queue.
My requirement is to send an email to the creator of the case when the case
is resolved.
Any idea how to add the creator field in fields list that appear in the
Workflow manager?

You can't, unfortunately. The only way to get to the creator of the case is
through a custom workflow dll. You could send an email from your custom
code.
