- Sending email from MSCRM

Hi,
We've been experiencing some weird behaviour when sending emails from
within MSCRM. Users have complained that emails have been sent from
contact records but the email still remains under the activity tab and
hence does not appear under the history tab. This leads you to believe
that the email has not actually been sent. However, the recipient has
received it.
Has anyone else experienced this? If so does anyone know of a fix?

Hi Lee,
Same thing happened here but it seemed to be a refresh problem - once we
closed the activity and re-opened or hit the refresh grid (the double green
arrows on the Activity title bar), the email disappeared into the History
screen.
