How can I send faxes out from the MSCRM. I can see FAX only as an activity.
Is it possible to send it via Sales for Outlook and web client both.
If yes can someone guide me as to how to configure my FAX server to send out
faxes using MSCRM
Any help is appreciated

The only possibility of MS CRM I know is that you can make a mailmerge with
the outlook sfo and after that you have the data in word and
send it as a fax.
You have no possibility to write back a activity and you could not trigger
it
out of the Webclient, you could only take from MS CRM predefined fields to
make
your mailmerge (no custom fields).

We have a Add-On "WordMailMerge for MS CRM " which allows you
to make mailmerges and write back activities to the CRM with the
content of the letter or fax.
It allows you also from one contact,account,.. to trigger a mailmerge in
Word for a
fax or letter out of the webclient.
