Below url gives the related incident area for ta user which has the id
={5b91d070-db10-4896-b920-f75f79965506}.

http://crmserver:5555/sfa/accts/areas.aspx?oId={5b91d070-db10-4896-b920-f75f79965506}&oType=1&security=852023&tabSet=areaS ervice

This works fine, but it lists the active cases but I want it to show all
cases (active+resolved+cancelled). Does anyone have an idea about this
situation?
