Hello,

I've got a strange problem with CRM 3.0.

I've got a service selection rule set up to select resources in such a way
that it should be the least busy from any site from a resource group.

The thing is that the allocation of sessions is definetely not being done to
the least busy site. In fact, some sites only get allocated sessions when the
rest of the sites are full and have no more available sessions.

The facilities in the resource group are identical apart from the site and
business unit.

Should they all be in the same business unit?

Any ideas?
