- Setup was unable to find an instance of the Microsoft CRM Server components error (Sales 1.2 for Outlook)

I get that error when I try to connect to the CRM Server. The Site does work
via a regular browser and MOST functionality works (except for probably some
things - I know I cannot open documents stored in Sales Literature for
Products).
When I utilize the /LV parameter (log verbose) for the setup.exe, I get
these lines relating to this:
[15:06:41] CheckPlatformUrl on http://server
[15:06:41] CheckPlatformUrl, connecting to
http://server/MSCRMServices/BizUser.srf
And when I attempt to open that URL in a browser, I get this error returned:
{{handler "C:\PROGRA~1\MICROS~3\Server\bin\BizOrganization.d ll"/BizUser}}I
did read up in the newsgroups (Re: Problem opening Workflow Manager
(insufficient privileges), John O'Donnell, 10-14-03) and read above the SRF
mapping problem. When I checked IIS Manager, I did see the SOAP mapping but
not the SRF mapping. I did add it, with the executable value being
"C:\Program Files\Microsoft CRM\Server\bin\CrmIsapi.dll" (without the double
quotes, it returns an error), but now the BizUser.srf web request returns
the following error:The specified module could not be found. Any ideas? I
have also checked and made sure that the IIS Admin service is running as
LocalSystem, and the 4 CRM services are running (I also restarted them).Any
ideas? I did have Sales for Outlook somewhat working when i had the CRM
Server installed on a different server (I still have the database residingon
that server, but the CRM Server was installed on a new machine and
uninstalled off the old server).

Is the computer a member of the same Domain that you have CRM
installed in or a different domain in the same forest?

Yes. I am not sure if it makes a difference, but the server where CRM is
installed is a Domain Controller...
