- Several primary contact persons

I would like to connect several primary contact persons for an account. Is
this possible to do?
If so, how do I do?

You can only have one prmiary contact per account in CRM (any version).
However, you could reate a relationship role called 'Prmary Contact', and add
as many contacts as you want as a customer relationship with this role

I agree, we have the same issue in that we have multiple managers dealing
with the same contact/account. We created a new entity attached to both the
contact record and the account record where multiple managers can assign
themselves to each record. You can then modify the Advanced Find query for
your Local Data My Contacts view to show this.
The problem then arises that this does not change the synchronisation to
Outlook (eg; it still looks for record ownership rather than the customised
link). If anyone has a workaround to allow multiple 'owners/manager' of
records to synchronise with Outlook, it would be much appreciated.
