- SFO and replication
- Posted by Nathan Warner on March 18th, 2005
Hi all,
We have a client who we have just done the install for and when online (SFO
+ Web client)it all operates 100%. They have just replicated their first SFO
client and when offline looks to have only recieved the records in which the
logged in user had created. The replication process goes through without
error.
The SFO replication options selected are the first two checkboxes, one of
which is for attachments/notes and the second one for records belonging to
the users business unit.
The other records in the database have been put in by users from the same
business unit.
It is our understanding that this means all those records should replicate
to users within this business unit?
The business unit these user belong to is a child of the organizational unit.
Does anyone have any ideas on why the entire business unit records are not
being replicated??
Thanks,
Nathan

Hi Nathan~
You are correct that the user should have access to all records within
their business unit when offline. Have you recently moved this user from
one business unit to another? This could be a cause of the problem that you
are experiencing. Also, have you made any types of changes to role that the
user is a part of? Lastly, can this user see these records when online?
Warm Regards,
