Skipping stages in MS CRM 4.0

Skipping stages in MS CRM 4.0: Posted by Emil Mattsson on January 4th, 2008; Hi!

In the What's new-document and in the Customization and Configuration
Student Manual for Microsoft CRM 4.0 it's mentioned that one new thing to
workflows in the 4.0 version is "SKIPPING OF STAGES".
I would like to know how to do this since I cannot find anything like "skip
stage" when i create workflow with stages.
