- Smart Tracking

Does anyone have any insight to how the Smart-Tracking works with CRM 4.0?
The best answer I can find is that it uses a "complex proprietary matching
technique" to look at FROM, TO, SUBJECT and CC fields.
I'm especially curious to get a feel of how reliable response emails without
a token are in getting matched up into CRM.
I also have a client that uses different outgoing email addresses than is
set as their reply to address.
Does anyone have any wisdom to offer?

Thanks for posting in. This is Ken in Online Partner Support.
I just know that smart maching use To, Cc, Subject field to match and no
more. When I changed the subject it did not recognized so simple search by
those items??
