Is an SQL Named Instance, not the default instance, supported as the SQL
server for CRM?

Looks like I may have just answered my own question.... looks like that in
the guide it say to install SQL as a DEFAULT instance... but doesn't say you
can't use a named instance... I'll take that as DEFAULT instance support
only, unless someone can tell me otherwise?
