- Steps to Upgrade from CRM 3.0 to CRM 4.0

Hi All,
We are currently using the Sales module of CRM 3.0 implemented with minimum
customization.We would like to upgrade to CRM 4.0.
Could any one please let me know the detailed steps to perform the same.

Hi,
The current installation of CRM 3.0 is done in Windows 2000 with SQL Server
2000.
So do we first need to update them both to Win Server 2003 and SQL server
2005 and then upgrade.
Is there a way where we can fresh install CRM 4.0 and import leads,
contacts, opportunities and order.
Please guide.
