Telephony capabilities

I am trying to find some information on the telephony features that are
native to Microsoft Dynamics CRM. I have "googled" and found several ISV
solutions, but can someone tell me what features actually come with Microsoft
CRM?

CRM is basically a web client and it is difficult (but not impossble) to call
TAPI from a web client (I have written the redware ISV solution). However you
can install skype which will look for all phone numbers on a page and allow
you to call with skype. You can also install any TAPI telephony software and
use the Outlook Client for CRM to call.

MSCRM 4.0 has built in presence controls, these work well with OCS
server in that you can call people etc... via the presence control.
