Template Error

When ever I go into Email Templates or Contract Templates, I get an error
that says, "An error has occurred (no kidding). For more information,
contact your system administrator (always fun when you're the system
admin)." The only options are Try Again (same error occurs) and Go Back.

Funny thing is that the Knowledge Base Templates work just fine. Any ideas?

A little more information.
