- Tracking Email - Changing size of 'allowed' email attachments

Hi
How does a person change the size of the email attachments allowed to be
'tracked' in CRM? We've got an email with lots of attachments and are
getting an error message stating that the attachment is either not a valid
type or is too large. It cannot be uploaded or downloaded. Attachments are
simple excel, word and pdf documents so nothing wierd there, however the size
is approx 3 mb.
