Trouble accessing reports through Outlook online/ offline and workstation client

Trouble accessing reports through Outlook online/ offline and
workstation clients. Works fine through web client.

Anyone has had similar issue, any help?

Perhaps there is some setting in your outlook prohibit you from opening an IE
window pointing to the outside url?

When you access the report in outlook. It will open an IE window and the URL
is main CRM url with Report Server URL inside. Maybe there is a special
security setting blocks it.

Reports are not available offline.
