- Trouble Ticket Aspects?
- Posted by SAMnet on August 22nd, 2003
How well does MS CRM work in the role of a trouble ticket system?
Specifically for an environment where technicians are dispatched to client
locations for onsite service.
We are considering it as a replacement for a Goldmine (DBase) implementation
with an integrated 3rd party trouble ticket application.
Thanks,
John Miller

John,
CRM doesn't have any out of the box Field Service support. However, there
are a few ISV add-ons that fill this void. They might fit your needs and
build upon the foundation the CRM provides.
