When we try to change the Crystal Reports adminstrator
password to blank as it says it the upgrade steps (page
325), we get a screen pop that tells us that the password
has to be at least 6 charaters long. It will not accept a
blank password. How are we supposed to continue the
upgrade if we can't get a blank password? Does anyone out
there have a fix for this, or can they explain how they
continued the install if they received this error?

hmmm,....well it worked for me, so......how are you logged into the server
as? Does that account have sufficient rights for the domain and CRM?
