How do you link the Post Code Database so that when you time in Post Code it
populates the Address fields?

About the only supported method for doing this would be to do something with a
post-callout, but that would not get feedback to the user in a very timely
manner. There are some address verification products that you could try, I know
Quick Address (qas.com) has one that ties into MSCRM.

You can create a button on the toolbar that when clicked, can look for the
address and then fills the corresponding fields on the main form using
javascript for example.

You have a number of options:
1. Buy the Postal Address File from one of their resellers such as QAS or
Capscan and buy their MSCRM integration. I have used QAS and seen Hopewiser
and both are good
2. Use a postcode/address lookup web service and a) use javascript or b)
postcallout or c) third party utility to spot postcodes being entered
I use Postcode Anywhere www.postcodeanywhere.co.uk webservice on a pay per
click basis and their Postcode Anywhere Desktop utility which is a free
download. I have a config file for postcode anywhere which enables the
desktop utility to integrate with MSCRM.
