system\znzidri.dll and system\scsexp.dll these show up
as infected (macafee online scan) clean on Housecall and
Symetec online and clean on my resident Avast. Anybody
know if I need these files and what they do?

Rename the files. If they don't affect the operation of your computer,
delete them. You may have to delete them in DOS.
