Ihave tried to remove (quickcam) from my hard drive.
When I go to the add/remove screen it is not there, but it
is located in my program files. Could someone tell how I
get off of my machine

Go to the program folder and look for uninstall or unwise icon. Click on it.

Use Smart Uninstall to remove the program. It takes the Add/Remove function
from your registry.
