- Available System Resources
- Posted by Steve on February 12th, 2004
How much "Available System Resources" do I need to
function optimally?
I currently have 45% after booting. I was told I should
have 70% to run optimally. Is that true?
The machine has 128 MB of RAM, and seems to run OK... I do
get "Hung" from time-to-time, but I thought that was
because I was using ME.
Also, is it advisable to upgrade to XP?

Have a look here for some background reading on memory and resource
issues.
