I have emptied my recycle bin....but there is something i put in there by
mistake....a whole months work ! Can it be retrieved ?

somewhere, hopefully somebody else can field that.
If they're *that* important contact a data-recovery firm.

The above Google search URL renders a myriad of freeware undelete apps. As
Rick mentioned......DO NOT use the computer in question for the search or
download of your choice of apps and find one that will work from a bootable
floppy or CD, otherwise, you run an excellent chance of overwriting your
info.
