- Blue screen error on restart

Every time I restart it locks up half way with a blue screen and error:
File name : VWIN32(05) + 000012D0 Error : 0E : 0028 : C02A4258
I am able to continue by hitting Enter or any key, but I wish to have the
error fixed. Please help.

Do you have McAfee antivirus on the system, if so, try disabling and see if
that helps. If not perform a clean boot per:
