error writing to file: c/Program Files/Microsoft Encarta
Encarta Reference Library 2003/Data std.AKC verify that
you have access to that directory.
Note; This 5 disc reference library was purchased by me
approximately l year ago and was initially
installed but since that time I have had to have my PC
restored and ENCARTA won't go into the CD drive

Gerald,
Is the CD drive that you're attempting to install it from the same drive
( or drive letter ) as from where you first installed it ? If you have
more than one drive suggest trying to install it from the other one.
