I run SpyKiller and found C:\Windows\System a folder caaled CatRoot.
Is this a spyware?

Nope - it is the catalog root folder. You need it.

You don't want to remove that. By the way, you may be interested in this from
the SpyBot site.

Thank you.
Spykiller is even worst than that. I decided to uninstall it. Control
Panel/Add/Remove goes through the whole process of uninstalling but in
reality it only removes the entry from the list - the program is still
active, even after reboot.
To uninstall it I used a very old Win 95 Norton Uninstall. It worked.
