- comnmn.dll errors

cant get windows me to load as explorer keeps causing an
error in comnmn.dll clicking ok just causes the same thing
and the second ok will exit every thing leaving you with a
background only. What gives anyone know what the
comnmn.dll is for and where to get a fix?
