- Defrag problem

Boot into the Safe Mode, run Scandisk and then Defrag. Make sure any
screensaver is disabled and, in some cases, you may have to disable any
constant on Net connection, i.e. cable modem or DSL.
If that doesn't do it, post back, there are other things we can try.
