It either has something to do with Darrell Waltrip or you have installed a
program like DownloadWare. I would guess it's the second. It sounds like the
program was uninstalled but it is still present in your startup list. Run
msconfig, click the startup tab and if you see dw.exe there uncheck it. I
also recommend running a program like Spybot to scan for and remove any
spyware from your system first of all.
