I cannot open. " programs" menu from the "start menu" I
get an error message which says,:
explorer caused an invalid page fault in module WMPDXM.DLL
AT ....address

also get this message: exployer caused a stack fault in
module shell32.dll at .......address

Both these messages appear trying to open the Programs
from the start menu or by clicking on the Exployer Icon on
th desk top or when i try to sneek a peek going
through "my computer",windows then start menu, then
programs, then error message!!!!!!

Found restore doesn't work either
