When using e-mail, certain games, or certain webpages, the
machine displays the above msg. and shuts down. How do I
remedy this? Thank you so much!!

reboot if no better ? try rplacing explorer.exe and
kernel32.dll from the ME disc or cab files using extract.
My problem seemed to be a faulty kernel32.dll.
