I cant get into explorerer or my documents everytime i go on to internet
explorer, explorere or my computer, my documents the computer throws me out
and I get the following message win32(05) + 00012Do Error OE:0028 Co2A44A8,
and blue screen, i cant get into start settings, can anyone help
