- How to rectify a Memory Access Violation, reported by Windows ME?

I am getting this Error Message in Windows ME reporting a Memory Access
Violation in Module Kernel32, at a specified location, at Start. It does not
cause any inconvenience since after clicking on O K, the System appears to
work normally. But it would be nice if the irritating fear of an impending
problem could be eliminated.
Are there any references where I can find guidance to remove the Memory
Violation? Or does anyone know a ready solution to the problem?

Your system is probably infected with the Swen virus.
The message you are seeing is almost certainly false and I suspect that you
may have installed an unsolicited update that claimed to have been sent to you
by Microsoft. In doing so you have now got the W32.Swen virus on your PC.

Thanks. Your analysis was correct. I have removed the Swen Virus using
F-Prot.
